BOC no-show policy
It is the stated policy of BOC to bill for “no-shows” at the monthly breakfast. Fortunately, it is a policy we have not had to enforce. However, there is an increasing number of people making reservations and intending to pay at the door, then not attending the meeting, The restaurant bills BOC for those reservations, which must be covered by those attendees who do send in their reservations or pay at the door. To avoid raising the prices to cover “no-shows”, BOC will begin to enforce the policy. Unfortunately, this will create extra paper and effort on the part of our volunteers. While we recognize events sometimes get in the way of attendance – the best possible solution is to COME AND ENJOY THE MEETING! Thank you for your continued support of the BOC organization.
